I bought a second hand book from Amazon , but its selling price was cheap . I can learn British by this book . It is so detail .

Quite detailed. Especially good for references to buses, trains, where to get then, and schedules. Great information on events. The best I have used. Tells visitors about Oyster cards (London underground) and Britrail passes ( purchase outside of U.K.) Good to read before ones trip and especially to take along.
The guidebook is chock-full of amazing content, but it is VERY difficult to navigate as an eBook. The Table of Contents is massive and doesn't do a good job of cutting each chapter into subsections. It's a bit easier to read on the Kindle Cloud Reader, mostly because of how colorful the fonts and pictures are.
Overall, I think it's a great guidebook. However, there are more Kindle-friendly guidebooks out there.
Used it for my trip to the UK and found it useful. The maps are (in most cases) precise but the restaurant recommendations (like other LP guides) are tourist traps. Just use its info on sights but don't follow their advice.
So far so good. We haven't taken our trip yet, but we have read a good deal of it. It seems very informative and has given us many ideas. We have learned so much about Great Britain already.
Good comprehensive book for the whole country. Cumbersome for travel.
