4 stars because it kept me reading, the build up was great bloom was scary and seemingly ahead of the game the entire time. When Bruce Wayne finally comes back it's about 10 pages and it's over. All that build up for, in my opinion, a lack luster fight.

Great story, but I'd make sure to have this one ready to read as soon as you finish volume 8. Another amazing story by Scott Snyder. I honestly love his take on Batman. He just continues to create great stories that are entertaining and smart.

Great closer for the new 52 run. Makes me want to re-read the entire story again. Only thing that disappointed me was Bloom. I wanted a more developed villain but instead I got more developed Jim Gordon, I'm ok with that. Awesome read though.
