里面还有一些戈登的经历之类的，总体蛮不错的。不过全英文读起来不算是特别方便，同样的有些食材比较难搞，不过值得一提的是里面有几道带有中餐风味的，值得尝试。菜谱的包含面也还是挺广的。
买来送朋友，感觉还不错
去年夏天看过他的Ultimate Cookery Course，也自己学着做过几道菜，感觉他的菜谱还是比较实用和生活化的，也比较容易上手。这本书开本比想象中大，而且很厚重，每个分类最前面还有简介，菜谱都配有相应的成品图，让我看的跃跃欲试
