内容简介 The Chinese have long observed that some surroundings are better or luckier than others, and for centuries they have used feng shui to create harmonious living environments. Today, feng shui has evolved into a refined art used to enhance luck and well-being through the modifications of layout and orientation of workplaces and homes.
It is believed that every hill, tree, door, window, gate and wall and the direction they face affect a person's situation in life: a person who changes his surroundings can chance his life-and his destiny. The aim of feng shui is thus complete harmony with the natural order.
Using a question-and-answer format, the author provides illuminating solutions for various living situations, countering ill fortune and enhancing success, health and happiness. Segmented into twenty-five parts, each dealing with a distinct issue, this book has all the geomancy answers you need, whether you live in a house or an apartment.
作者简介 Since his school days, the author has been fascinated by the supernatural and the unknown. This yen for understanding led him to join a religious order. After four years of disciplined training, he left to seek his own truth. His search brought him before palmists, yogis, monks, Taoist masters, and even cave hermits, who shared their wisdom with him. As his interest was in the world psychic phenomena, he began to excel in this area.
Upon leaving school, he ventured the insurance industry, where he built his career for seven years, consequently becoming the top agent in his company.
His first writing stint was for the Palmistry column in Her World magazine, in 1980-1981. His earliest feng shui article appeared in 1988 in the New Straits Times. Spurred by the positive response of that article, he began writing more frequently on the subject. In 1990 he began his weekly feng shui column in The Star.
