作者简介 James SL Yong is presently a Senior Director with leading information technology (IT) and engineering services firm National Computer Systems Pte Ltd (NCS) and is based in Singapore. James has more than two decades experience in IT, finance, marketing and professional services management.

His clients are from both public and private sectors in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other parts of Asia. James is the author of more than 40 articles and papers, and is a sought-after speaker at seminars and conferences. His areas of interests include e-government and e-business strategies, knowledge management, organisational learning, creativity and innovation.
