考试时间两位考生的为16分钟，三位考生的22分钟。
给分原则：Grammar and vocabulary 语法和词汇; Discourse management 话语运用; Pronunciation发音; Interactive communication互动交际.
我们用第二部分举例，考生会拿到三个主题，从中任选一个，三个主题中，一个是日常话题，一个是一般商务型话题，另外一个是专业商务话题，考生谈一分钟，另一名考生聆听并记录，然后针对第一个考生的陈述提问，比如，公司结构：你愿意为哪种结构的公司工作，给出理由。

建议同学按照以下结构陈述
开头： 陈述观点 I think I'd rather work for the Project-based team now.
要点：
1. it's flexible. 论据：1. I can arrange my own time and my life.
2. it's effective. 论据：2. with the intranet or internet, I can work with high effectiveness and communicate with them.
3. it's saving time. 论据：3. it means I don't have to attend meaningless meetings.
结尾：so, I think working with a project-based team would be my choice.
一定要有头有尾，语言清晰，思路明了，结尾干净利落，不要在中间啰嗦。
