作者简介Lincoln Peirce began creating comics in the 6th grade (just like Big Nate!). He went on to teach art at a New York City High School. Lincoln created the cartoon-strip character Big Nate in 1991, naming the character after a nickname he gave his older brother as a kid. He lives in Portland, Maine in the US and as well as creating Big Nate comic strips and books, he hosts a local radio show.

My son loves Big Nate, and when he saw this book in a bookstore, he begged me to get it for him. I told him to add it to his Christmas list, and he was thrilled to receive it. He usually chooses to play sports over reading, but if he finds a series that he really likes, I buy it! He loves Big Nate, and really enjoys these 'do-it-yourself' type books, where he can fill in the blanks.
My 9yr old son loves loves loves these Big Nate books. This child of mine does NOT like to read but he pours through a big nate book like I have never seen him read before
My 10 year old loves Big Nate. This was a great book to help keep him entertained this summer. He's taken it with him on several car trips already and it's nice for him to have something entertaining that doesn't involve a screen.
I recently gave our 2 boys, 2nd and 3rd graders, Big Nate Boredom Busters and they have been busy reading and filling out their books. I have been holding on to Fun Blaster for our trip this summer. I've looked through the book and it looks as interesting as Boredom Busters, and will hopefully keep them busy on the plane.
