Totally heartfelt, witty and a bit sad, but the sadness gets conquered :) it's for adults as well as kids.

I was asked to read this book for school, and I'm very glad this is the book they chose. It's funny and would be great to read alone, or with a group, class, family, or book club.

However, it was slightly predictable. The bully, the ending, you could pretty much pick up the whole story line from the blurb.

Overall, it's a great book and a fun read, I read it all in a day! But I would advise trying to read as little as possible about the storyline before you read the book, because it can be easily given away. You should definitely read this book.

I funny! He funny! Wait, what comes next? Oh, yea. WE FUNNY. This book is a big mixture of sadness and comedy. I would recommend this book to people that are always in the mood for laughing. Like Jamie Grimm! This boy tells jokes on a wheelchair and he doesn't even fall down with all the laughter he's had at the Hopeless Hotel. I, am goi to read I Even Funniest!

Bought this to read together with my son (diversity! Humor! Well-known author! Decent reviews!). We couldn't even get through the first couple of chapters. This book was SO boring. I wanted to laugh I wanted to root for the underdog, but we just couldn't. I don't understand how a book intended for children could be so un-engaging. It was brutal.

This was my first James Patterson book. I didn't know quite what to expect, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I read it because my fifth graders are devouring this middle school series and recommended that I read some of his books. They know that I read a lot of the books they are reading because I like to be able to discuss the books with students and I totally enjoy reading children's books for pleasure. It was an easy read and had a great message about being comfortable with yourself, no matter who you are. It had some similar themes to the widely popular book, "Wonder" by Palacio, which I also liked. This book has even engaged some of my reluctant readers. I ordered four of the titles for our classroom library.
