Good times. Nostalgic for the film trilogy! Read just like the original film trilogy back in the day! Highly recommended for parents not ready to view the films but wanting to share the story!
I expected the original books in one e-book. But this one is rather the story of the movies. (Imagine a story telling for blind people while watching the movies)
I just read the first 40-50 pages only then bought the original books one by one.
All three original novels in one volume, what more could you ask for (besides all six of the canon Lucas-era books in one, I suppose). In most cases, the book is better than the movie, especially since the medium allows the reader to get inside the character's heads to discern their motivations, thoughts, desires, etc. This is true here, although less so here than other series, given the grand pageantry and visual style of the movies competing with the written word. Nonetheless, a great read for any fans of the series, and a recommended read.
