Grade 2-4-Suspenseful chapter endings propel readers forward in this fast-paced series entry. Best friends Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose visit the latter's grandmother in Key West, FL, during winter vacation. Gram Hathaway and some other senior citizens are getting ready to invest large amounts of money in a shipwreck-salvaging project. It doesn't take long for the youngsters to figure out that something is fishy. The young detectives sneak aboard their suspects' cruiser and find themselves in danger. Saved by the coast guard, they are able to provide incriminating information to the authorities. Despite some incredible coincidences, the novel gives realistic details about salvaging shipwrecks. Dividing her time between in-line skating and baking cookies, Gram stays just this side of believable. Black-and-white illustrations appear throughout, depicting the book's setting. A frothy but fun read.

很好的英文书，不错。

This is the best book out of the whole entire series for kids!!!

My 8y old loved it. We were both pretty confused near the end. It seems that a few pages were missing as suddenly we were whisked away to another time and place. It really took away from the story leaving us disappointed and feeling that we missed some good parts.

I have many of these books in my classroom, and my students asked for some new ones. They enjoy the stories, and they are great chapter books for students who like chapter books but aren't ready for longer ones. I teach fourth grade.

These are a great read for children. I would recommend people getting these books. There are no themes that are not suitable for kids. You can trust these to be very fun for children.

Another book enjoyed by children in the A to Z Mysteries series. These are such fun books and our granddaughters began reading as soon as they opened this set.
