作者简介

Ruth Culham is a former classroom teacher and nationally recognized expert in the area of writing assessment. She is the author of the popular 6+1 Traits of Writing model, used throughout the United States and the world as an essential tool for evaluating student writing and planning instruction. Ruth is currently the unit manager for the assessment program at Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory.

Great product

This book is a fabulous resource for home school teachers who want to build solid writing skills. I will be using it as a basis for teaching and evaluating the writing of my beginning writers (K and 2nd grade) this school year. It's helpful to see examples and explanations of how and why they are well written or need more work.
