作者简介

James Matthew Barrie was born in Kirriemuir, Scotland in 1860. He originally wrote ‘Peter Pan’ as a play and its first performance in 1904 was a hit. Barrie then adapted the play into the 1911 novel ‘Peter Pan and Wendy’. He was made a baronet in 1913 and awarded the Order of Merit in 1922. J. M. Barrie died in 1937.

There are so many versions of this story. I chose this one to read to my boys and they really enjoyed it. They are 8 and 9 yrs old. Its one of the longer versions and we read it over the space of a month.

This is one of my favorites of all time AMF the cover on the copy is amazing
