Bought used, book was new could not find any defects! Saved $50.

Lean Six Sigma applications for service, supply chain and manufacturing systems. A structured 10-step solution process that inlcudes an inventory model and Excel templates for download.

Nicely written.Informative. It should be accompanied by Excel templates downloadable from [...] but you get redirected to [...] where there is no such thing. Chapter 10 from the first edition should also have been there for download but it is not. Also a glossary that defines the terms used in the book should have been there but it is neither. Such a pity.
