作者简介Abdul Razzak Rumane is a certified consultant engineer in electrical engineering. He received his Ph.D. form Kennedy Western University, USA in 2005. His professional career exceeds 37 years, covering 10 years in the manufacturing industries and 25 in construction projects. He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and has Honorary Fellowship of Chartered Management Association (Hong Kong). He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering by the Yorker International University.

This book gives us the complete requirements, that how to execute a project in a professional and qualitative manner. Generally in many cases we are not following correct sequential procedure which results in spending more time and cost by project team members. This book has all the required information in a comprehensive manner to get qualitative project with in specified schedule and in an economical manner. Therefore I advise all the construction professionals to have this book in their shelf for all time reference purpose.
Dr. Rumane has compiled all the tools, charts, checklists, procedures, figures used by all the trades such as Architectural, Structure, Interior, Landscape, External, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Public Health, Electrical, low voltage, Elevators, etc.... of the construction projects.
Although there are many general books on construction projects, this book stands head and shoulders above all the others. There is no other book that explicitly and so lucidly addresses the topic of quality management in construction projects like this book. The book is an excellent practical guide for the multitude of construction projects going on around the world. It is a recommended guidebook for everyone, including professors, students, practicing engineers, industrialists, businesses, government, and decision makers. The applicability of the book is not limited to construction projects. All types of projects can benefit from the practical guides and tools presented in the book.
