Every next book is a little extra pinch of suspension! It pulls the reader in like a fish to bait on a fishing line. But to understand the plot you must have read Hetty Feather (book 1) and Sapphire Battersea (book 2), because emerald star is the third book in the Hetty feather series by Jacqueline Wilson, who by far is my favorite author yet.

This was a beautiful book that will enchant you with every word, the thrilling tales of emerald star will keep you reeling long after you've turned the last page and the splendid ending will leave gobsmacked. This book is definitely worth your while

I very exiting but sad book it gave me mixed feels. It show how so peoples are different to others and how some people have less privileges in life. Their is nothing wrong with it. But it did have a sad ending The book brought me too a new world.

I fell in love with hetty feather and couldn't get enough I love this series to me every book is like a piece of heaven! I don't like the way it ends ,it could really do with an epilogue if I was Jacqueline Wilson I would definitely create a fourth book but what would she call it ......
Now that's something to think about : p

I love this book I just keep reading it again and again and I never get sick of it
I strongly recommend this book for anyone who likes Jacqueline Wilson
