Definitely man can conquer nature to some extent. For instance we can implement artificial rain at arid areas we can travel to another planet by the spacecraft we can communicate by telephone and the like. Yet for another massive things we can\'t exactly control such as earthquake flood and so on exist in nature which frequently result in tragedies.
