Expect any 2.4 version to be less current than the 2.5 version; it's also not being updated to match 2.6 any more.Older Linux distributions include a 2.4.18 based version that's much like the original 2.5 patch, though more recent distributions (including RedHat 9) match a good 2.4.21-pre level.
