2011年12月英语四级作文范文解析(二)(文都)
本次四级作文探讨的是最近的一个热点话题一——意志力与成功的关系。随着社会竞争越来越激烈，青年面对的困难也越来越多。“放弃还是坚持”成为我们不得不面对的一个选择。
按照四级作文的要求，考生在第一段时应该总述现象并引出话题。有点考生不知道应该如何展开描述“什么是成功”，其实描述就可以举例，举身边的例子。“成功”不是抽象的，是具体的，你可以说“想成为科学家”“百万富翁”，想成为“超级巨星”。甚至于《失恋33天》的王小仙能忘记劈腿的前男友，这也是一种成功。所以，描述一定要具体，否则就写不下去了。
第二段考生可以从“坚强的意志的重要性”这个角度展开。例如，成功的路上肯定会遇到困难，而克服困难需要坚强的意志。《鸿门宴》看了吗?刘邦从几千人马干掉项羽几十万人马，最后取得成功，这里面就需要坚强的意志。看着自己心爱的女人天天和别人在一起，没有坚强的意志，刘邦童鞋能扛住吗?不可能。这可不是一般人能做到的，不信你试试看，hold不住的。
第三点考生可以下个结论。再次强调坚强意志对于成功的必要性。和文章开头“首尾呼应”。

范文：We have spoken, written and discussed quite a lot on the relationship between iron will and success. Many people dream of becoming scientists, millionaires or superstars. However, without iron will, do you think they can succeed in making their dreams come true?
Beyond all doubt, iron will plays a key role in being successful. At the top of the list, there must be difficulties in the way toward success. Apparently, the iron will is a strong weapon for against difficulties. In addition, positive attitude is indispensable to success. It is the iron will that can provoke positive attitude.
To be successful, everyone needs to understand the close relationship between iron will and success. In one word, no an iron will today, no success tomorrow.
