  Fast Food vs. Slow Food

  Consumers who are accustomed to making it easier to cook had better learn lessons about the risks of fast food. People must eat to live, but they must eat slow food rather than fake meals in order to avoid undesirable effects. Eating ready-to-prepare and junk foods day in and day out, while saving time, cannot be beneficial to people, considering the cost of losing taste and of getting sick or fat in the long run.

  The popularity of prepared food nowadays may explain in part that progress is not always good insofar as human health is concerned. Such food with low preparation time is said to be harmful to health, probably making people ill and certainly overweight. It may be hard not to think that whatever might be the father of a disease, a bad diet could be the mother. Another disadvantage about eating convenient meals must be the probability of having extended waistlines that happen to be symbols of not a few modern consumers, including children, who find it difficult to keep themselves in shape. In short, food has become easier to prepare of course, but this does not mean many people are eating well and staying fit.

  In consuming so much food so easily prepared, people are gradually giving up the habits of cooking that kind of healthy food which is characteristic of good taste. The pleasure of eating traditional meals like hot soup is a sign of quality life enjoyed by people of older times. For instance, as simple and as homely as it may seem, hot soup used to be a liquid comfort which along with fresh fish and green vegetables could account for half the emotions of human life in the dining room. But that was before the invention of the microwave ovens. This age is a high-tech fancy-food culture associated with patented substances chemically flavored and mechanically designed to kill the appetite and deceive the stomach. It can not fail to be seen that much of the art of home cooking, so common among grandmothers, seems to be absent from modern-day kitchens.

  Slow and delicious food, prepared with good and green materials fresh from local marketplaces, must be the option for people with problems of bad taste and overweight. In a certain sense, all sorts of ready-to-eat food are unnatural, almost immoral, to good eating and good cooking. To improve the way people eat, it is therefore necessary to promote taste and health education.

  》主体两段。第二段谈吃快餐不利胃口。第三段谈吃快餐会抱病或发胖。

  》结论模仿引言,但是句子的排列要颠倒次序。

  》鼓励鹦鹉参考【起承转合】的【隐形模板】--看不见的模板,不算是模板。看得见的模板死板板,不厉害。

  》谢振礼老师不鼓励迷信模板。有时候玩猜题,有时候买彩卷,两者都失败,哈哈。再接再厉,再猜三题,下周开奖。本周缺钱,不再买六合彩了。
