看完了以后，发觉故事情节不怎么引人入胜，结局也不怎么的。
内容一贯精彩。
就是发货慢。
书不错啊！ 快递令人崩溃
I've been with Alex since the beginning, and I love the series, completely and utterly. My favorite thing about the series is the ability that it gives us to connect with each and every character. It shows everything, and while I admit that the first few chapters were slow without Alex, as soon as he was thrust into it, it became much better.
Now, I gave it five out of five stars because of character development. In Alex, Mr. Blunt, Jack, and even Mr. Smithers, we see so much character development, though Especially in Alex. When he first started all we saw was a fourteen year old boy thrust into a world he never knew existed and most likely never wanted to know. In this book, the end, we see that Alex has grown so much, physically and emotionally. I really noted the growth during his (almost) torture scene. Fairly calm, for the most part, but still alert, aware. I loved this book, this whole series, in every twist, turn, and death.
Scorpia Rising was a true finale to the Alex Rider Adventures. In this book, Scorpia actually uses Alex and MI6 for their plans. This has shown that Alex Rider was definitely finished with MI6 long ago, but MI6 is never finished with Alex. He's too valuable for them, so they obviously are never going to not use him. But one thing that I was looking forward to in this book was the gadgets. Anthony Horowitz has never failed to impress me with the gadgets, and these gadgets are one of the best. Speaking of Anthony Horowitz, he has truly written the best ending he possibly could to this series. I was very happy, very depressed, and very exited by this book. There are very few books that have made me emotional, and this is one of those books. I enjoyed this series, and am sad to see it go.
This is such a wonderlicious book!! It messes with your emotion so much!!!!! First you find out Alex is going to join Scorpia then he tries to kill someone, after that he gets back with mi6 and tries to go back to Scorpia for more info. After that there is a crazy battle with Nile on a burning platform 1000 feet in the air, and to pile it higher he finds out that his dad didn't die on the bridge so you start hoping he is still alive just to find out that he died in a plane crash with his wife and he had been working for mi6 all along! It is crazy!
This book was a very good read but didn't really live up to the standard that I'd come to expect from the series. The beginning was very good and set up the book in a very similar way to that of Snakehead but the end was somewhat lacking.
*Spoiler Alert* don't read beyond this point if you haven't read the book.
The other thing I didn't like was the revelation that Mr. Smithers wasn't really fat, just a genius in disguise. I think that this greatly damaged his character.
I love the Alex Rider series and I'm so sad to see it come to an end. It's so hard to find a book series I like and when I found the Alex Rider series I was so excited. But every good book series has to come to an end.
