My favorite part about this book? It is the abridged version! The long version is painful when your toddler wants it read to them 758571541 times a night - this one is much easier to stomach.
My granddaughter just turned one and her mother said it's her favorite story. I had given them the paper version originally but unfortunately the little one ripped a few pages so that's how I came to purchase this great "board" book. No worries. She still loves it even though it's "abridged" LOL and can now easily turn the pages without mishaps.
For Baby shower. loved it. All ages.
I have to read it to him nightly. He loves trains! Anything with wheels, or tracks!!!
A vintage book that needs to be in every child's collection, and read to little ones many times over.
