I really enjoyed this book. Great insight into how to create evidence based leadership to get rid of factions and politics in companies and organizations. Easy to read with applicable case studies and examples. Highly recommend to anyone studying how to effectively lead teams or organizations.

This book provides valuable experience sharing from CxO point of view and their success stories. Interesting and being able to take away some useful stuffs from the book after reading !
