Management and International Strategy at IMD, Switzerland). His research on strategy has been widely published in more than two dozen articles and books. He also acts as senior adviser to a large number of international corporations.

I liked the clear concept of strategic network as the third alternative to vertical integration and arms length contracting.
I'd recommend this book to those who work on developing international businesses.
This book helped me to put together the theoretical framework of my eMBA thesis.
Networking is known by a number of different terms; relationship building, making friends, business planning, negotiating with others, et al. Strategic networking and business planning must go hand-in-glove and need continual maintenance (probably more frequently and in greater depth than one might understand.) This is a helpful text to learn more and make use of the wisdom offered.
