I bought this book as a gift for a fourth or fifth grader who liked mysteries, but I was disappointed to find it was less than 100 pages and was written at an upper second grade level. Before purchasing, I didn't see where any of that info was available in the listing.
I have a hard time getting my 3rd grade son to read, so when he showed interest in Sherlock Holmes I was excited to find this book. He really enjoyed reading it and even read it aloud to me!
I bought this for a friend of mine to introduce her and her daughter to Sherlock Holmes, my all-time favorite literary character! Though I haven't read it myself, my friend said she and her daughter absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to read more! Sounds like a success to me :)
I love this Sherlock Holmes book and I always will. P.S:I love the authors books and movies
and shows always.
