Garry Parsons (Illustrator)
Garry Parsons studied Fine Art at Brighton College and after that he went on to study Illustration. He is a talented illustrator, whose work has captured the imaginations of children all over the UK. Billy's Bucket won the 2004 Children's Book Award. Krong! was his first book as an author/illustrator. Krong! has been shortlisted for the Stockport School's Book Award 2006 and was the winner of the Perth and Kinross Picture Book Award 2006. Garry has recently worked with Stephen and Lucy Hawking, Jeanne Willis, Diana Kimpton and author duo, Dougie Poynter and Tom Fletcher.

I bought this book for my 6 year old brother for Christmas and it has easily become both of our favorites! The first time I read it to him we were both in tears from laughing so hard. He instantly insisted we had to read it to our entire family, by the end of it we had the rest of the family cracking up. I read to him every night I am home and I've read this book so many times already that I've nearly gotten the entire thing memorized! It is so silly and fun that you can't help but love it!
A limey friend recommended this book to me. What a perfect afternoon read. The rhymes are playful and the story with just the right amount of irreverence. Great read for kids who love gross things.
It's very fun for kids, my son is potty training and thinks its silly ;) plus you gotta love McFly
The title cracked me up and I knew it would appeal to my four year old grandson - which it did - but it turned out to be highly inappropriate and my grandson's parent's were shocked and wondered what I was thinking to buy it.
This book is great, any age would love it, especially the boys, it has great pictures and super cute story I have bought multiple copies
