My 23 month old learned her colors quickly with this book and enjoyed seeing the different items that are of the color. It was fun to talk about the items and explain that they were red, blue etc. Colorful and easy to teach about colors and their association with the things in our world!
Look for the shapes book too!! My 2yr old learned them all after we read it twice.
This author really knows how to write books for children. Bright, colorful and fun. My son loves these books, and you can see him looking at the words, the pictures, and learning to make sense of it. He has loved these since he was just a few months old. Even when an adult can enjoy reading them to their child/children then it makes it fun for all.
My daughter LOVES Karen Katz's lift a flap books so I thought we would give this a chance. It is a VERY chunky book and there is no story. On each page there is a color listed and then several objects that are the respective color. It is very disappointing and looks cheaply made. We will be sticking to the lift a flap books.
First time using this stuff and I love it! Great customer service too!
