This is a very fun workbook! My son loves learning and practicing his multiplication facts thanks to this little workbook. I'm very happy with my purchase. There are many different activities in the book to complete, and he like all of the them so far. I do plan on making copies of the pages, so he can do them over and over.
My son is 8 and in 2nd grade, but he's at the point where he's ready to start learning multiplication. This book is a good tool to have. I let him explore it on his own for a little while before I jumped in to show him how it all worked. Before I could join him, I could hear and see it clicking in his head. It really has helped him understand how and why multiplication works instead of just sitting there memorizing facts (which I still plan to have him do).
I definitely recommend buying this nice workbook!
I love these worksheets! They are so much nicer than the plain rows of problems on a sheet. These sheets make practicing math facts feel more like a game or activity. I keep this book as my master copy and I simply make copies from this book. The copies are great and it makes the book reusable! I would highly recommend this book. I made full price for this book and it was worth every cent!
You must have a grasp of multiplication before using this book.
There are some great multiplication practice pages in this book. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy this again. This is not a way to teach kids their multiplication facts but a fun way to reinforce them.
My daughter hates math but we are using this to help bridge the summer. So far, she has enjoyed that it isn't just straight math problems but it has a fun aspect on each page to make it a little more tolerable. :)
