This book is full of practical tips on day to day actions that can be beneficial to many business professionals! There are 47 powerful principles described in detail in this book.
If one can practice and master one per week, he/she will be able to shape a completely different career path/trajectory in just less than a year! I wish I had a chance to read this book when I started my career.
But better late than never! : )
I actually found this to be a pretty good book, but it is not so much about problem solving, more about principles behind being a good consultant in the general sense. How to improve yourself, how to work with your team etc. It is also quite brief and easy to read - so provides you with a good checklist of activities
The author provided personal insight on what he learned from leaders who impacted his life along with how he applies these lessons. The book was full of useful knowledge that can be applied to many peoples careers. This is a consulting "must read" book.
Great read for all management practitioners, potentials or aspirants!
Practical processes, experiential sharing and thinking for the executive, with immense benefits at the individual, team and organizational level!
Pure McKinsey!
This book gives a lot of indicates for any kind of business person to work much better and get their own goal much more effectively.
Don't miss it.
