Paula Harrison began inventing stories and writing them down as a child, including one about a magical land inhabited by talking bookworms. She lives with her husband and two children in England.

Great book for my 2nd grader. The stories are interesting and include a great group of strong female friends who support each other and help those around them.

I have an 8 and a 7 year old who really like these books. They are a bit on the lower side of their reading level but they like the stories. My 8 year old can read 2 of these a day.

My daughter, age 7, absolutely loves these books! She reads a couple chapters each night in bed with a booklight and this is one of her favorite series!!

My daughter loves all the books in this series! I would suggest 2nd-3rd grade level for independent reading.
