I have bough the book yesterday, because (a) I met Caroline at work and found her super smart and nice and (b) I am trying, like everyone else to have good days. I read quite a few books on behavioural economics, happiness and ways our minds work and found them smart and useful. However, none of them made the application of research to everyday life as clear and Caroline does. I have enjoyed the read so far and am looking forward to reading the whole book.
