This book is very comprehensive, easy to read, and logical in its approach to teaching aircraft design. I also really like its extra sections that go into alternative aircraft designs. The appendix is also really helpful in that it goes through a few examples of taking a variety of aircraft from conceptual design to working out the details of its final dimensions. My coursework did not require that I look at these last resources in the book but they serve well as a starting point for where you can go after an introductory design course.
What is incredibly helpful are the example designs at the end of the book which walk you through the process of where to start and how to use all the different equations.
