My 3 1/2 yr daughter has been a fan of Ladybug girl for over a year now and we have every book, so I had to pre order this new release. We got it very quickly and my daughter was super excited to read it. She opened the book (board) flipped through the pages and said "mom, we already have this book". This book is simply 2 pages from each published Ladybug title compiled into one board book. If you have the other Ladybug Girl books, don't buy this one. If you're new to Ladybug Girl we recommend Ladybug Girl and Bumble Bee Boy. So disappointed!
My granddaughter loves Ladybug Girl. This one has a wonderful story, just do not purchase it from Amazon! I have ordered 2 books from them and both books had Bingo, the dog's tail torn off. I returned both of them and had to console an unhappy 2 year old. I recommend purchasing the book from Barnes and Noble or Target, that's what I intend to do!
These are Ladybug Girl board books. My 22 month old granddaughter adores them. Probably in a year she will be ready to move up to the longer books in the series but these are very appropriate for an almost 2 year old!
I recently discovered this book series and love that some of them are available in board book format. I'm already reading them to my daughter who just turned one.
I really enjoy this series. There are many valuable lessons in this series. I really enjoy the great art work and attention to detail in the book. The reading level is relatively easy and the story lines are interesting. I enjoy reading the stories to my niece and enjoy listening to my young niece read it to me.
