书很好玩，全部是手写体还配了不少插图，字很大，每本内容不多。孩子初一，不到半天就看完一本。我们是先看的电影，然后才找书看，孩子觉得书没有电影好看。我英语不太好，翻了翻，感觉对了解美国七八年级孩子的生活很有帮助，他们在学校、家庭、课外的方方面面，好多内容不复杂但平常我们不一定知道怎么说，还是挺不错的。顺便说一下，我们挑选全套七本时，无意中买到了两个版本，一个是英国出版社Puffin Books(海雀图书),另一个是美国的Amulet Books,美国的版本更大，英国的在封面右下角有个黄色椭圆的小标，里边是一只黑白两色的海鸟，大家选书时可以注意一下。
很喜欢这一本,只是价格有点贵。Kinney 的书都很不错的
