Ken Blanchard is the coauthor of the international bestseller The One Minute Manager® and forty other books, including the giant business bestsellers Leadership and the One Minute Manager, Raving Fans and Gung Ho! He is the Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, a global human resource development company he cofounded with his wife, Margie, in 1979.
