He is the author of many best-selling books, including 2600 Phrases for Effective Performance Reviews, The Hiring and Firing Question and Answer Book, 101 Sample Write-Ups for Documenting Employee Performance Problems, and 96 Great Interview Questions to Ask Before You Hire. Paul is a regular contributor to HRMagazine and an instructor in the UCLA School of Business and Management. He lives in Valencia, CA.
