The new term, A new friend

It’s the new term, we have a new student in our class. She is an
American girl. Her name is Lily.
She has big blue eyes and small mouth. She has long brown hair. She is
very beautiful. She is good with us. We all like her a lot.
She likes learning Chinese very much. We help each other every day. I
taught her Chinese and she taught me English. Just two weeks, we learned
a lot from each other. We are very happy!
One day, in an English class. Our English teacher wanted her to introduce
her country to us. She stood up and said to us:” Hello, everyone. I will tell
to you something about my country——America. It’s a beautiful country.
school is different，too. But I think that Chinese school is better than
American school. In American school, the basic classes are math, science,
English, P.E. , history, and health. But in Chinese school, there are more
classes, so we can learn a lot from here. That’s all. Thank you!”
Because of her introduce, I know lots of things about
this country. I love Lily. We are good friends forever.

这是新学期，我们班有一个新学生。她是一个美国女孩。她的名字叫莉莉。
她有一双蓝色的大眼睛和小嘴巴。她长着一头棕色长发。她非常漂亮。她和我们相处的很好。我们都很喜欢她。
她非常喜欢学习中文。我们每天互相帮助。我教她中文，她教我英语。仅仅两周，我们就从彼此身上学到很多。我们很高兴！
有一天，上英语课。我们的英语老师想让她把她的国家介绍给我们。她站起来，对我们说：“大家好，我要告诉你们一些关于我的国家——美国的事。这是一个美丽的国家。中国也是美丽的。但它们是不同的。美国学校与中国学校也是不同的。但我认为中国的学校比美国学校要好。在美国学校，基本的课程是数学，科学，英语，历史，体育，健康。但在中国的学校，有更多的课程，所以我们能从这里学到很多。就是这样。谢谢！”
因为她的介绍，我知道了关于美国的很多事情。我爱这个国家。我喜欢Lily。我们永远是好朋友。
