综合1 要不要颁布法令保护蝴蝶，阅读不支持，因为数量减少不明显，蝴蝶吃的milkweed的hibitat不在farmer的area上，以前也有过类似的ban但是个错误。听力支持，第一是夏春的蝴蝶数量decline不明显，但因为蝴蝶在冬天会飞到一个same place在墨西哥，所以很容易计算出数量确定减少。
综合2 用bacteria clean up oil spill会cause problem，听力反驳一：细菌在没oil后会quickly die out，二：traditional ways有更高risk，因为work slow会使oil中的toxic危害ecosystem，三：公司会小心因为有别的费用比如赔偿local fishery和tourism。
