In the spirit of contributions to the pursuit of legitimate project and program management techniques, I wanted to share that your book, Global Program Management, helped provide some additional momentum for my own efforts to maintain my PMP certification and expand my professional approach toward assuring project and program success. This is a true focus on professional project management principles, supported by examples of how they are implemented from the project level through the executive program management level. I can see that through patience and hard work a significant philosophical shift toward the formal processes for program success can be achieved. From the insight gained in this advanced textbook, I am more confident that continued efforts toward this type of study and continuing education is worthwhile in the long term for me and my organization. I appreciate the chance to see the advantages of your methods, and for this pointer toward PMI objectives being accomplished.
