       original stream (if it exists) is closed.  The mode  argument  is  used
       just  as  in  the  fopen()  function.  The primary use of the freopen()
       function is to change the file associated with a standard  text  stream

(stderr, stdin, or stdout).
所以第二次调用freopen的时候前一次调用的stream就关掉了。

这种场景一般用平台API，比如dup和dup2。
