如何断开FileSink与独立存储文件的链接
用FileSink录制视频， 录制结束后调用

    // 清空 FileSink 的相关联信息
    _fileSink.CaptureSource = null;
    _fileSink.IsolatedStorageFileName = null;

然后去删除相关视频文件

IsolatedStorageFile file = IsolatedStorageFile.GetUserStoreForApplication();
if (file.FileExists(videopath))
    file.DeleteFile(videopath);

提示 An error occurred while accessing IsolatedStorage.

我尝试重新启动APP后删除同个文件， 删除成功了， 因此判断是fileSink的链接还未关闭
[解决办法]
_fileSink=null
