[解决办法]
日志已经很明显了啊：
Invalid property 'initialSize' of bean class [org.apache.commons.dbcp.BasicDataSource]:
org.apache.commons.dbcp.BasicDataSource 这个类没有叫做 initialSize 的属性，
你去检查一下直接的代码或XML配置文件，是否是拼写错误还是其他什么原因吧。
[解决办法]
我勒个去，这个错误太明显了。
没有这个属性initialSize，对于这个bean来说就是没有setInitialSize方法咯
