python中用ctypes加载dll的异常，求教

python中用ctypes加载dll的错误，求教
dll已经在工作目录，但报错：
File "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\yuan\Streamer.py", line 58, in __init__
    self.dll = CDLL("regulus_stream.dll")
  File "C:\Python27\lib\ctypes\__init__.py", line 353, in __init__
    self._handle = _dlopen(self._name, mode)
WindowsError: [Error 126]

[解决办法]
可能regulus_stream.dll还有有其他依赖的dll没找到...
