apache 错误：指定的网络名不再可用 ：winnt_accept:Asynchronous acceptEx failed
windows 2003 系统重启了几次后，APACHE就出现错误了，查看error.log

查阅资料和文档，在winnt的MPM配置项里面加入  Win32DisableAcceptEx
