但是实际上这个jar是存在于我本地机器上MAVEN的目录里的喔：

C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\.m2\repository\**\***\***.jar

说明肯定M2_REPO这个参数Eclipse不认得，所以需要给它添上：

Eclipse->Windows->Preferences->java->Build Path->Classpath Variables

new一个，名字当然是M2_REPO，属性选folder，

指向C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\.m2\repository


我的jar包地址是 d:\jar\repo
