如何使用java获取内存信息?请问如何在windows环境下通过java监控系统内存的使用情况呢?我目前找到两个相关

如何使用java获取内存信息?
请问如何在windows环境下通过java监控系统内存的使用情况呢?
  我目前找到两个相关的说明:
  第一个是下面这个网页http://hi.baidu.com/injava/blog/item/e8a83e3861944823b9998f29.html
  但这个网页的内容介绍的是LINUX环境,目前机器没有装linux系统,因此在windows环境下提示"top -b -n 1"这个linux命令出问题。
   
  第二个是说调用如下命令:
  private Runtime r = Runtime.getRuntime();  
  float freeMemory = (float) r.freeMemory();  
  float totalMemory = (float) r.totalMemory();  
  但是这个似乎只是检测虚拟机的内存情况,并非整个机器的内存使用情况。

  请各位高手帮忙解决一下如何获得windows环境下的内存使用情况的信息

首先
创建一个Bean用来存贮要得到的信
