I don't understand the people who didn't like this book. This book is not going to tell you what to say. It is going to help you prepare your mind so you know from which direction you want to answer a question. It is multiple choice of anywhere from 3-6 ideas that you would of course elaborate on and fill in with your own personal details. The format is one question per page, and answer ideas on the back, so you can use them like flashcards. We "played interview" with them on a road trip. It may help you think of a different way of answering that will help you look the best you can. Especially if you don't think real well on your feet and like to rehearse, this book can give you ideas you may not have thought of, and you will feel prepared. Even if you do, this book will give you ideas to be even more polished. Don't miss it. We had it before and it was What Color Is Your Parachute: 100 Toughest Interview Questions. We searched and searched to find it again. This version is a little bigger and easier to read. Love it!

I previewed the book before purchasing this and I just had to have it on the shelf for easy reference. It has great insights and gets you in the mindset for tough questions with great answer ideas.

I suggest for anyone seeking employment and are graced with an interview, please get this book. It certainly made me aware of questions that would most likely be asked in an interview. Of the ten questions I review prior to my interviews, ten were asked which proved the point that the book is dead on.

This book as recommended to me to help prepare for my interview. I found the book to be very informative.
