书太薄啦，不值那么多钱
My 2 year old LOVES this entire series of Nat. Geo Readers... I have purchased about 25 different titles, "pre-readers" as well as Level 1 & 2 readers. She loves them all & will ask for certain ones. The "pre-readers" level books are extremely simple & great because she memorizes the words & can "read" it herself. We love the more advanced ones too, because there is more information to talk about. I have learned quite a few facts, myself!) What a great series. The price is reasonable & pictures are great. These are really getting her interested in nature, animals & science... I will continue to buy these as they are released, for our collection!
My 2 year old son loves this book. He is intrigued by horses, so I thought I would take the opportunity to try to teach him a little bit about them in a nonfiction book. He listens to me read it to him and likes looking at the photos and kisses the pony photos. I know a lot of it is over his head, but I like exposing him to nonfiction books to help teach him things here and there. I really like all of the National Geographic Kids books.
Ponies are FUN! Cute, interesting and engaging little book that keeps the Grandkids entertained. Nice way to keep them happy and exercise their brains. A good way to encourage Imagination and learn new things in the process...that's is always a good thing!
National Geographic Kids books are great. The illustrations and photographs are amazing and the information they provide is set up in a way that keeps your children engaged and interested. They have small paragraphs and pop out boxes of facts over beautiful photographs and illustrations, instead of just a boring block of text. My girls love them and we have amassed quite a collection.
This particular book is about Ponies. What kid doesn't love horses and ponies? They talk about many things including the types of ponies, their colors and markings, riding and caring for a pony, and babies. My 6 year old loves learning the facts and reading the books while my 3 year old loves the pictures, especially the baby pictures. My 6 year old's kindergarten teacher has suggested more non-fiction books and these are perfect.
We have purchased many of the National Geographic Kids books for our collection and they are a big hit in our house. There are so many different books with various subjects that will appeal to any kid. These are highly recommended. If you haven't already, do your kids a favor and start their collection today.
Great pictures and good quality. My son loves to look through it. Pretty quick read for the young ones. My son stays captivated through about half of it before his two year old mind is off to the next book.
