CD上只有故事朗读，没有歌，有点过分简单。然后那朗读和原动画片一样，也是带西班牙口音的……儿子听一会就不听CD了，但我给他读的话他就听。
里面的词汇比较深。而且性价比一般，主要是因为孩子喜欢这个女主角才买的。但是太难了。
朗读得很生动！貌似外国人的口音！
Now that we've purchased other read-along books, I will say that this one is the best as far as the CD goes. It includes lots of sound effects and an actress playing Merida with an accent. My daughter wants to listen to it over and over. I was so hoping that my 3YO daughter would take an interest in this story and she did. I haven't yet seen the film so I don't know how closely it follows the script but the story is simple enough to keep her attention but yet complex/intriguing enough to have a meaningful story for my older son as well. I love the lesson for little girls too - that you can marry who you want to!
We have several of the Disney Read-Along stories for the kids to listen to in the car. This one is probably done the best of any of them. All of the important parts of the story were included. The pictures are wonderfully detailed and colorful. There are many audio clips directly from the movie, including a frightening growl from the terrible bear that may be too scary for young children. The narrator has a great Scottish accent that helps capture the essence of the story.
The book when it came is great. The reader of the story has the accent like she did, it is a very fun book to read. I am not sure how it works though with the shipping, who's fault it was but I paid extra to get the one day shipping because we were taking it on a road trip with my kids. It didn;t come until at least 3 days after I ordered it. Great product but was sad we did not get to take it on our trip.
My almost 4-year old daughter loves these read along books! Brave has become a new favorite! It's a nice change to listen to the story in the car, at home, and even just to read the book by itself. The only bad thing is if your child may want to listen to the story about 10 times in a row. LOL I highly recommend these read1along books. They are great for travel!
I purchased this for my dyslexic six your old, she absolutely flipped out when it arrived. I had to order a bunch more. She loves them and is constantly reading and listening to the book. She feels more confident and successful reading because of these books.
Every time something comes from Amazon.com now, she is hoping it's more of these books.
BTW, the price is AMAZING!
