This is such a nice book even though there is only one word" faster" through the whole book.I can only say with respect that this simple book is full of imagination even in the eyes of us grown-ups.

Toddler really likes this book, but not as much as "Higher! Higher!" which he adores. I think this is because the premise here might be less clear--I'm not sure Toddler is really aware of different animals' varying speeds or understands that what we're dealing with here is metaphor. If you have to pick one, go with "Higher," which features rockets, monkeys, and airplanes, and a clearer setup. But if you can get both, then why not?
Parent and child can enjoy reading a beautifully worded expression of joyful play. Both child and parent can feel and see in the pictures the great excitement shared by the story's characters. Reading this book with your child could be a bonding experience. Savor

My grandson loves this book. He wants it over and over and over. Faster, Faster, Faster is his style so I'm not surprised .
Cute book ... for our young grandkids. They really enjoy having it read to them - highly recommend. Nice product at a reasonable price.
