Steadiness, optimism, serenity and mutual respect are some of the keys, and it's impressive in these times to hear him promote absolute loyalty in relationships, even when people are making your life miserable. He gives great examples of his ability to understand people and to work with their individual differences without sacrificing the team's purpose or integrity.
